Mr. Taron C. Reese, age 64, of Picayune, MS, passed away on November 13, 2019, in Biloxi, MS. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 1 pm in Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Donald Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on the same day from 12 pm until 1 pm at the church.

Taron was a devoted member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. He is survived by his beloved wife, Cynthia Lather Reese, whom he married on April 20, 1990; his son, Taron C. Reese Jr., and daughters, Tanna Reese and Monica Reese, all residing in Picayune, MS. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Makenzie Reese, Malaysia Saucier, Kynnadi Brown, Tysin Reese, Amiyah Reese, and Legend Reese, all of Picayune, MS. Taron is also survived by his brother, Dennis Reese, of Picayune, MS; sisters, Rose (Vernon) Mitchell of Picayune, and Ramona (Dewey) Shaifer of Port Gibson, MS; sister-in-law, Reniece Reese; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Vera Reese, and his brother, Herbert Reese Jr.
