It is with heavy hearts we announce Mr. Robert Adrian Thompson has passed away. On September 10, 2026, the Lord sent an Angel down and said "Robert" your time is up on this side, come on up a little higher, for I have a resting place for you.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026 at First Baptist Church, 7141 Road 406, Kiln, MS 39566. Visitation Hour will be from 1:00 p.m. until 1:55 p.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. The Burial Service will take place in the Kiln Church Cemetery, 7141 Road 406, Kiln, MS 39556.

Robert, wore many hats, as a firefighter, truck driver, factory worker, and mechanic, always taking pride in providing for his family and helping others whenever he could.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three children, Delisa Thomas of Waveland, MS., Jared (Alexandria), Thompson of Memphis, TN., and Bransyn Thompson of Poplarville, MS., 2 sisters; Earlene Washington, and Lillian Smith both of Kiln, MS., six grandchildren, a very special friend, Sherice Anderson, a host of relatives, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and very close friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Zerta Bell Thompson.
