Obituary

Robert Charles "Blue" Fulton, age 65, of Pearlington, MS, passed away on October 10, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family. Robert was a dedicated member of the Greater Mount Zion AME Methodist Church, where he served as a Stewardess and a drummer. He was also a member of Son of Allen and a Youth Football Coach for Bay ST. Professionally, Robert worked as a Truck Driver.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Debra M. Acker Fulton; his sons, Robert Ebony Oliver and Robert Vince of Ohio; his daughters, Kimberly Fulton of Ohio, Courtney Alexander of Carriere, MS, LeTecheia Acker and Ashly Bruns of Pearlington, MS; his brother, Prince Fulton of Slidell, LA; his sisters, Ada L. Lester of Pass Christian, MS, and Myra (Clarence) Sanders of Kileen, TX; his aunt, Lillian Rogers of Pearlington, MS; 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and 2 God Children.

Robert was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Alexander; his parents, Hubert and Ruth Fulton; his sister, Jurline Spencer; and his brother, Rev. Hubert O. Fulton.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 11 am, with a walk-through viewing from 10 am until 11 am at New Hope Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Lindsey Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
