Ramone Jackson, age 20, passed away on August 25, 2023, in Picayune, MS. A beloved son, brother, and friend, Ramone was a graduate of Picayune Memorial High School, class of 2021. He was an avid sports enthusiast, playing football, basketball, and baseball, and had a passion for racing cars. A faithful member of Pilgrim Bounds Missionary Baptist Church, Ramone sang in the youth choir and cherished spending time with his brothers.

He is survived by his stepfather and mother, Christopher and Ramonda Carter of Picayune, MS; his brothers, Adonte Jackson, Christian Nixon, and Curdevone Jackson, all of Picayune, MS; his sisters, Kasana DeBoest, Maleah Faith Winters, Samia Henderson, and Deja Henderson; and his grandparents, Curtis (Faye) Jackson, Maudelene (Marsella) Jones, and Barbria Henderson Bradford. He also leaves behind a host of nephews, uncles, aunts, relatives, and friends.

Ramone was preceded in death by his father, Robert Henderson, and his girlfriend, Sheby Kevwich.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 12 Noon at Pilgrim Bounds Missionary Baptist Church, with Ministry Lashonda Hopkins officiating. Baylous Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
