Ola Mae Jones-Robinson, aged 89, passed away on March 24, 2025, in Picayune, Mississippi. Born on October 28, 1935, in Wiggins, MS, Ola dedicated her life to education and service, teaching for many years at Westside Elementary School in Picayune. Her faith was an integral part of her life, guiding her actions and providing strength for her friends and family throughout the years.

She is survived by her son, Frederick Robinson (Vicki); daughter, Joi Robinson; granddaughter, Jolie Nelson (Thomas); grandson, Errol Robinson (Kayla); and great-grandsons, Auzi Robinson and Byron Nelson. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews who cherished her dearly. Ola was preceded in death by her parents, Monetta and Henry Jones; her husband, Alfrederic Robinson; her sisters, Louise Breland and Ora Daily, and her brothers, Freddie Jones and Claude Jones.

A funeral service will be held on April 4, 2025, at Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church, located at 921 Baylous St., Picayune, Mississippi, 39466. The visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM.

Ola Mae Robinson's legacy of kindness and dedication will be remembered by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
