Lula B. Jones Brown, age 65, of Hammond, LA, passed away leaving behind a loving family. A native of Picayune, MS, Lula cherished her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Brown Jr., her daughter Consulla Felder, and her son Jeremy Brown, all residing in Hammond, LA. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 3 step-children. Lula is survived by her step-mother Audrey Haralson, 10 brothers: Barry Jones, Clarence Jones Jr., Arthur Jones, Willie Jones, Albert Jones, C.W. Jones, Ellis Haralson, Patrick Haralson, Darrick Haralson, and Carlos Haralson, as well as 6 sisters: Mattie M. Ross, Carrie McNair, Carolyn Woodson, Rewa Haralson, Leola Haralson, and Charlene Haralson. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Lula Ella Jones, Ellis Haralson Sr., and her siblings Barbara Ellis and Rose Lee.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 1 p.m. at Baylous Funeral Home, with a walk-through viewing from 8 a.m. until noon. Burial will follow at New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
