James Staten Jr., age 78, of Picayune, MS, passed away on May 22, 2023, at his home. A native of Picayune, MS, James will be remembered fondly by his community. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 11am at Baylous Funeral Home, followed by burial in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral.
