Christian Cardell Bonner, aged 33, of Picayune, passed away on November 23, 2020. Born on July 21, 1987, to Agnes Bonner of Picayune and Robert Rollins of Dallas, TX, Christian was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He attended Picayune Memorial High School and was baptized at Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. C. D. McSwain.

Christian worked as a team leader and supervisor for Tulane Dining Services and was a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild, having appeared in two episodes of NCIS: New Orleans as a Background Actor.

He is survived by his mother, Agnes Bonner, and father, Robert (Sharon) Rollins, as well as his sister, Lisa Bonner, and brother, Nicholas Batiste. He also leaves behind his step-sister, Sharmetrice Jackson, step-brother, Jasmin Harden, Sr., and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Christian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rudis J. Bonner, Willie J. Bonner, James and Christine Rollins, great-grandparents Maude and Louis J. Bonner, aunts Stephanie Jones and Lisa Lawson, and great-aunt Onetia Gaddis.

Graveside funeral services will be held on December 3, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. at New Palestine Cemetery South, with Rev. Robert Landor officiating. Visitation will take place earlier that day from 9-11 a.m. at Baylous Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19, face mask and social distancing requirements will be observed during both services.

Christian will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
